Loosely Inserted Liners
Loosely inserted liners are inner liners placed freely inside FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bags without being stitched, glued, or attached to the outer bag structure. The liner is simply inserted into the bag before filling, providing an additional protective barrier between the product and the outer woven bag.
This type of liner offers protection against moisture, dust, and contamination, helping maintain product quality during storage and transportation. Loosely inserted liners are widely used for packaging powders, granules, chemicals, agricultural products, and food ingredients, where flexibility and easy liner replacement are required. Their simple installation and cost-effectiveness make them a practical solution for many bulk packaging applications.
