His deep knowledge of polymer raw materials and manufacturing processes has been the bedrock on which the group’s three manufacturing units have been built and scaled. He continues to provide strategic oversight and mentorship across all operations.

An alumnus of De Montfort University, Leicester (UK) with a degree in Business Administration, and a Post Graduate from S.P. Jain Institute of Management (Mumbai) in Family Managed Business, Gaurav Sarda leads the commercial engine of Simplex Chemopack. He is responsible for global business strategy, international sales, and domestic market development — driving the company’s expansion across 30+ countries with a hands-on, client-first approach.

A Business Administration graduate from De Montfort University, Leicester (UK), Kunjan Sarda oversees the day-to-day operational excellence across Simplex’s manufacturing facilities. His focus on process efficiency, production quality, and team performance ensures that the company consistently delivers on its promise of 89% on-time, in-full shipments to clients worldwide.
