Mr. Damodar Sarda, a true entrepreneur and visionary, has dedicated himself to the plastic industry for more than 2 decades (20 years). He initially started producing reprocessing granules by buying scrap from woven sack manufacturers. Parallel to it, he also started manufacturing Nylon Ropes by the acquisition of an existing company. Diversification took him into polythene bags and liners in a couple of years. Seeing the opportunity and growth in the plastics industry, he acquired Simplex Chemopack Pvt. Ltd. to start with the manufacturing of woven sacks and Shree Gajanand Plastics Pvt. Ltd. to manufacture PET bottles and Jars. Always having a passion to work with the latest technology, he always upgraded the plant and machinery of every factory to international standards to compete in the market.
Dedicated to working in Plastic Packaging throughout our lives, we entered into Flexible Packaging through Gaurav Multilayers Pvt. Ltd. and are making PVC Shrink sleeves/labels and will be venturing into laminates soon. His dedication to work has brought the company to this stage, where today Simplex Group manufactures 3 times more than what was acquired, has stabilized itself in the market, and always has the hunger to perform more.
